Cherie Ware is the owner of Organize Your Environment
Cherie Ware is a professional organizer, productivity consultant and trainer whose passion is solving problems. She is the owner of Organize Your Environment, helping both individuals and small businesses get more done in an organized office. Cherie started her company in 2009 to combine her natural ability at managing chaos with her desire to coach and train others. She offers her expertise to clients so they may de-clutter and simplify their surroundings, thus increasing productivity and satisfaction with their physical environment.
Prior to sta
rting her own business, Cherie enjoyed a 20-year adventure as a senior manager in the staffing and recruitment industry. She managed sales operations for 31 service locations in multiple states and helped build a division that generated $140 million in annual revenue. She was instrumental in the creation, training, and compliance for file management, personnel policies, facility management and office procedures.
Cherie is a Texas native and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. She holds a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Cherie is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and currently serves as Board Vice President for the Dallas/Ft. Worth NAPO Chapter. She attended the 2009 national NAPO conference in Florida and the 2010 national conference in Ohio. Cherie is also a member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (formerly NSGCD) and attended their annual convention in Austin in September 2010. She holds a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization.
Cherie resides in Plano, Texas with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs. She’s a volunteer with Live Green in Plano and a compulsive recycler. She is an avid reader of mystery novels, researching family history, and preserving old family photos.
